Hearn is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state courts and federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Attorney Anna K. Robbins graduated from The University of Mississippi as an undergrad in 2012, obtaining her degrees in English and Public Policy. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from The University of Mississippi Law Center in 2015. Anna was sworn in April 2015 to practice (passed her bar exam early in February 2015). She was also sworn in to Northern District Federal and 5th circuit in April 2015. She was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity Alpha Delta Chapter pledge class in 2009.

Attorney Cass Cole, a native of Senatobia, Mississippi, joined Hearn Law Firm in November 2021. Cass’ primary areas of practice are personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic relations.
